I have made a purchase from the official website of Xiomi in Türkiye which is https://www.mi.com/ with the order number of 5230515846403457. I got a powerbank which is broken, one of the lights not working which means its impossible to know if it really gets fully charged. They gave me a cargo number for me to send the product with its invoice so its replaced with a new one. The problem is the invoice is nowhere to be found, nor in the mail they send when the order is placed or on the website. When I told this to them they gave me a mail address to ask for the invoice(!), I have emailed them 2-3 times but to no avail, no answer. I've also filed a complaint form previous week but still no return. What kinda company/brand is Xiomi that no staff answers mails!? No returns can be provided to customers!? I want a return with the invoice so I can send the broken product and get it replaced with a brand new one as soon as possible. It really is enough!
