Xiaomi Mibro Z3 Smartwatch Has Charging and Location Issues, Refund Denied

I purchased the Xiaomi Mibro Z3 smartwatch for children and started using it immediately. The watch has several major issues: the battery drains in less than a day, the location tracking is inaccurate, it frequently becomes unresponsive, and there are glitches during calls.
After three days of use, I attempted to return the product, but the store refused to issue a refund. Instead, they sent the watch for servicing, claiming a software update would fix the issues. However, the problems persisted even after the update. I sent it back to service once again, but there has been no improvement.
I am demanding a full refund, as the watch clearly does not function as advertised. Refusing to honor a refund for a defective product is unacceptable. Please resolve this issue promptly.
