I requested a return for the Petkit electric ramp I purchased from Mi Store due to it spreading sand everywhere and the top part not sitting properly. However, my return request made the next day was rejected, citing alleged damage to the product's box. This situation constitutes a violation of consumer rights, and I condemn this action, where excuses are used to avoid refunding my money. I demand a refund.
