Xiaomi Children's Scooter Constantly Malfunctions

I bought a Xiaomi child scooter about a month ago, and it's been acting up since I started using it after just a week. I brought it to the Sur Yapi store in Bursa, and they sent it to their technical service. But the tech support is so rude, they won't admit it's their fault and just send it back without even checking or fixing it properly. Dealing with the scooter's constant issues and the unhelpful attitude of the technical service has been really frustrating.

Mieko Mi Store Bursa Sur Yapı store's children's electric scooter, which I bought 1 month ago, malfunctioned after 1 week of use. When I took it to the store, it was sent to the technical service, had its software updated, and was sent back. I stated that I wanted a refund and that I did not want to use the product if it malfunctioned again, but it was sent back. After 1 week, I encountered the same problem again. We sent it back to the store, but they stated that it would be reported to the store manager. Do not buy a product for your child that breaks down in a week, even though it is claimed to be the best. If the problem is not resolved, I will apply to the Consumer Court.
