Yapı Kredi Bank Changed My Visa Card To Mastercard

I have been using a Yapı Kredi Visa credit card as my current card and without my request or confirmation the bank unilaterally changed my card type to a Mastercard and sent me a new card. This change was carried out without my approval and I was not given any option to keep my Visa card. After noticing the change, I contacted Yapı Kredi customer service, but no solution was offered and my request was not met. About a year ago I left the other bank I was working with because they did not offer Visa cards, and this situation had already caused problems for me. I spend most of the year in Italy and I have had repeated issues with payments made with Mastercard there, which is precisely why I chose Yapı Kredi, as they had Visa card options. For this reason, having my card changed to Mastercard without my consent creates a serious inconvenience in my daily life abroad. I request either to be provided with a Visa credit card again (if there is any other Visa credit card product available) or to be allowed to continue using my current Visa credit card until its stated expiration date. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for a clear explanation as to why such a change was made without my consent.
