I recently purchased a Xiaomi Security 360 Camera, and it has been a huge letdown. They first decided to charge for surveillance assistant support, and now they've removed all recording and live view support, requiring additional payments for these services. I would not have bought it if I had known about this beforehand. Why should you have to pay extra monthly subscription fees just to use the basic features of the camera you bought?
