Xiaomi 14T Phone Disconnects My Outgoing Calls and Service Denies the Problem
I bought a Xiaomi 14T phone 19 days ago, and I’m really disappointed with the problems I’m facing. There’s no issue with receiving calls, but whenever I attempt to make an outgoing call, it disconnects and appears as if the call went through. I brought my phone to the service centre, but they insisted there was no problem with it and handed it back to me. Unfortunately, the same issue continues to occur, making phone usage a really frustrating experience. I am now thinking about submitting a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board to seek a refund. I truly hope to receive my refund. I hope Xiaomi will take action to fix this issue and address my concerns, or I may reconsider my trust and recommendations for their products.
I had filed a complaint about my Ixamo 14T phone because I was experiencing call termination issues. I had applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee... The decision has been made, the expert report stated that there is a problem with the SIM card slot. And since it was a defective product, I requested a refund, which Ixamo will pay me. I was found to be right in this matter... I will get my money back without any issues. It was a phone I liked... But I had a problem, so I wanted to inform you.
