Xiaomi 11 Pro S Storage Issues After Update

I bought a Xiaomi 11 Pro S and paid an additional ₺2,800 for a 2-year insurance plan. After a recent update, all my Google photos filled up the gallery, taking up the entire storage. Neither Media Markt nor KVK have been helpful; KVK claims they have no agreement with Xiaomi for this issue. There’s no one to discuss service options with. When I contacted Xiaomi’s central office, the representative on the phone dismissed me, saying, “There’s nothing I can do.” Where are the representatives who promised support for any issue when I paid ₺12,000 for a ₺9,000 phone? Why is my problem not being addressed?
