Xiaomi Deleted My Google Photos After Gallery Removal

Due to a storage issue on my Xiaomi phone, I contacted Xiaomi Turkey Customer Service. Although I had backed up my photos with Google Photos, they get deleted from my cloud account when I delete them from the gallery. When I asked what to do about this, I was directed to the technical service without even being shown the screen steps. Since it’s not possible to speak directly with the technical team via the call center, my issue remains unresolved, leaving me without support as a user. Referring customers to a physical service center for a simple software and sync setting is both a waste of time and a poor user experience. I do not accept this approach of redirecting users to service without providing clear guidance, and I expect a clear and applicable solution from Xiaomi Turkey. My request is for proper technical guidance on the matter and for the call center team to offer solution-oriented support.
