Xiaomi  Redmi Watch 2 Lite Silicone Strap Broken In Two Places

I bought the Redmi Watch 2 Lite in July 2021, and I'm sorry to say that the silicone strap is broken in a big way. The strap has mysteriously broken down and cracked in two places after being used every day. A problem like this could mean there is a problem with the way it was made, possibly because a well-known brand like Redmi chose the wrong materials when they were making it. I am confused and angry about this sudden and unnecessary decline. Considering how recently I bought it, I don't think it's acceptable for this kind of product to show so much wear and tear. I'm writing to you in the hopes that this problem can be solved quickly.
