I've had this broken Xiaomi Note 9 for a month now, and it's been giving me nothing but trouble between its random printing, frequent freezing, and distorted white screen that only a few power cycles can fix. Furthermore, the phone frequently shuts off mid-call, even when I'm not touching it to my ear. Nobody should have to go through something so unreliable, useless, and unpleasant as this. Now is the time for the company to either find a solution or stop making such poorly made phones.
