I am writing to report that my Free Fire Max account on Android has been hacked, and I have now completely lost access to it. My in‑game player ID is 2137287783. The incident became clear in March 2025, when I noticed that my in‑game name had been changed and I could no longer log in to my account. Before the hack, this account was very valuable to me, both in terms of time and money spent. I have spent approximately 1.5 lakh on this account for diamonds, items, and other in‑game purchases. After realizing that my account had been compromised, I contacted support, but I did not receive a helpful or satisfactory response, and my problem is still unresolved. I request that my hacked Free Fire Max account with ID 2137287783 be thoroughly investigated, my ownership of the account be verified, and my access to the account be restored. I also ask that my previous in‑game data and purchases be recovered as much as possible, and that necessary security measures be taken to prevent such a situation from happening again.
