IMEI Blocked on Xiaomi Redmi Note 10s Purchase

I got Xiaomi Redmi Note 10s phone with a warranty from Hepsiburada in Turkey, but after just a year, I got a legal warning saying that the IMEI number got duplicated, and one of the phone lines got blocked. I'm so confused right now, how come a device with a warranty can have its IMEI number blocked? When I got the phone, I was totally confident in Xiaomi and the warranty they gave. But man, this recent thing really messed up that trust. They gotta make sure their devices are secure and legit, right? the IMEI number, which is like a special ID for phones, has been messed with. So, like, this makes you wonder if the phone is even legit and if Xiaomi is doing anything to stop this sketchy stuff.

"As of yesterday, we were contacted by Evofone service. It was reported that the phone's motherboard was replaced, the camera system was renewed (these procedures were done for the first time), and the phone was working without any issues. Previously, our phone was also handed back to us with the claim that it was working without any problems. I will provide another update after we receive and use our phone. For now, the news seems positive."
