Xiaomi 13 Lite Failed Repeatedly and Service Could Not Fix IMEI Registration Issue
My Xiaomi 13 Lite phone has broken down several times within less than a year, and despite taking it to service three times, I keep receiving messages stating, "Your phone will be deactivated in 14 days as the IMEI number is not registered." Even though I took the phone to service, the issue remains unresolved, and I continue to face the same problems. I am requesting a replacement for my phone. I constantly have to take time off from work to deal with this issue. This is my first time using this brand, and I would never buy it again. I’ve used other brands for years, and none have caused this much trouble, either in service or replacements. Please replace my phone.
