I Face Xiaomi S20 Plus Robot Vacuum Water Tank Cracking Repeatedly

I purchased a Xiaomi S20 Plus robot vacuum about one year ago through N11, and I have been using it in Pendik, Istanbul.
The water tank of the device cracked for the first time in the third month of use, then the same issue occurred again in the sixth month, and now, at the one-year mark, the water tank has cracked for the third time. Since the product keeps experiencing the same defect, I am tired of dealing with repeated issues and ongoing service processes.
My device has been sent to warranty service twice so far, and each time the water tank was replaced. Most recently, about 3–4 months ago, I contacted the service again and the tank was replaced, but the same problem has occurred once again.
I have my invoice, warranty documents, and previous service records available. Due to this recurring and chronic issue, I believe the product is defective.
For this reason, I request a permanent solution for my Xiaomi S20 Plus robot vacuum. If possible, I would like the product to be replaced or a full refund to be issued.
