Hello, Seven days ago, I bought the Redmi Note 12 Pro. When I try to make a call, all of a sudden, the other person can't hear my voice. For it to work, I have to end the call and try again. The battery, which is supposed to be 5000 mAh, loses a lot of power between 2:00 PM, when it is fully charged, and 7:00 PM, when it is only 20% charged. Also, the 108-megapixel camera doesn't work as well as a 50-megapixel phone. It's amazing that they sent it to the technical service center in only seven days. I am very unhappy with both the phone and the support service after the sale. I want a new phone in exchange or my money back. Thank you, Onur Yılmaz.
