Xbox One S Freezes While Playing Xbox 360 Games and Won’t Restart

While playing Xbox 360 games on my Xbox One S console, it suddenly froze. I pressed the Home button, and the icons started disappearing. I tried accessing the accessibility menu through the Home button but couldn’t even turn the console off. Before this happened, there was a power outage while the console was on, which might be related, but now my console is not working at all, and the screen won’t turn on. It feels like my console has just randomly broken down, and I don’t know how to fix this issue. I’m hoping to get support to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
