Excessive Freezing On Xbox One S And ARK Not Launching
Hello, I’m experiencing serious performance issues with my Xbox One S. The console is clean, regularly maintained, and has no physical problems. However, despite that, my console lags and freezes excessively, making games nearly unplayable. There is a general performance drop, but the most important issue I want to highlight is: When I try to run the game ARK: Survival Evolved, the game crashes within 5–6 seconds and closes without even reaching the main menu. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the game, restarting the console, and launching in offline mode, but nothing has worked. I called Xbox support, but they told me they can’t help with this issue. I find this response very insufficient because this kind of problem clearly shows the device’s shortcomings both in software and performance. There are major issues like freezing, heavy lagging in games, and some games not launching at all. When I bought this device, I expected a long-term and smooth gaming experience. But now, I can’t enjoy any games or get proper performance from the console. I demand an urgent solution from Microsoft. A replacement or technical support should be provided if necessary. It’s unacceptable to leave the user struggling like this.
