Multiple TikTok Accounts Hacked and Taken Over Without My Permission
About two weeks ago, I realized that three of my TikTok accounts (@hulyakilic0661, @hulya6211, @hulya6106) had been taken over by others without my knowledge. I had not logged into these accounts for a long time, and I only became aware of the situation after my sibling warned me. Although I did not experience any financial loss, this incident has caused me serious emotional distress.
I submitted a request through TikTok’s website to recover my accounts, but I have not received any response yet. I currently cannot access any of them, and I no longer remember the old email or phone numbers linked to the accounts. As the rightful owner, my name is Hülya K**** and I live in Ankara.
I expect TikTok to restore my hacked accounts and resolve this issue so that my grievance is addressed. I urgently request support regarding this matter.
About a month ago, I applied to close my accounts with the usernames hulya6211, hülyakilic0661, and hulya6106 on TikTok. Despite applying both through the TikTok app and via other channels, I have not received any response to this day. I cannot log into my accounts because I lost my phone and both my email address and phone number are no longer active. Therefore, I cannot access the accounts or close them myself. I request that the accounts be completely closed and that I be urgently informed about this process. I kindly ask that my grievance regarding this issue be resolved.
