TikTok Account Recovery Problem – Hacked Profile Not Restored

On the morning of October 18, 2025, my TikTok account (@08_sibel_aykut) was hacked. All my account details — including my username, email address, and phone number — were changed, and I can no longer log in. I’ve tried to recover my account through every TikTok support channel, but no one has been able to help.

My account contains personal information and photos of my children, making this issue extremely serious. Since the hack, actions such as unfollowing my friends and sending messages have been performed from my account without my consent. The email and phone number linked to my profile have been completely changed, and the only visible trace left is that my username still appears on another profile when searched.

I urgently request that TikTok secure my personal data and restore full access to my account. I expect immediate support and a clear response from TikTok’s security and customer service teams.
