A fake account has been created in my name on X (formerly Twitter), sharing my phone number and photos with explicit (+18) content. This is causing me severe distress, and if my family or in-laws see these posts, it could lead to serious personal issues. I urgently request that X takes down this account to protect my privacy and well-being.

Please prioritize this issue and remove the account to prevent further harm.
