My X Account Was Stolen and My PUBG Mobile Account Was Taken Too

My X account was stolen on 20.09.2025. Although it was linked to my email address and phone number, I did not receive any code or email. When I contacted X, I sent them a screenshot of the email address used when setting up the account, the code sent to the email, and the additional phone number, but they told me they were not sure if I was the owner of the account. I believe my message was not reviewed. In addition, the PUBG Mobile account linked to my X account was also stolen at the same time, with a value of approximately ₺15,000. I am requesting help from the X authorities to recover my account.
