I Spent ₺20,000+ on My PUBG Account and It Was Hacked — PUBG Refuses to Help

My PUBG account was hacked, and despite all my efforts, PUBG is refusing to return it. I have submitted multiple reports and pleas, but they haven’t listened or provided any real support. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve actually found the new “owners” of my stolen account on TikTok. Apparently, they purchased the account using cryptocurrency through a Russian Telegram shop.

This is outrageous. I’ve invested between ₺20,000 and ₺25,000 into that account over time. That includes countless in-game purchases and upgrades. Now it’s being openly used by someone else, and PUBG isn’t taking any responsibility or action. They’re ignoring me entirely and not acknowledging my evidence or ownership history.

This is a huge violation of trust. I expected PUBG to protect its players from this kind of theft and provide proper support. I am asking PUBG to take immediate action and return my account to me. I have the proof, I am the rightful owner, and this silence is unacceptable. If I don’t get a response soon, I’ll be forced to escalate this issue further. Please do what’s right.
