WPS Office install fails or downloads slowly – how can I resolve it?

If WPS Office installs fail or the download is extremely slow, first download it only from the official WPS site and avoid mirrors, because third-party sources often throttle speeds or serve broken installers.

Pause VPNs, proxies, or network filters, since WPS downloads are frequently slowed or blocked by them.

Check that you have enough disk space and admin permissions, then temporarily disable antivirus or firewall software, which can interrupt installation mid-process.

If the online installer keeps failing, use the offline installer from WPS’s site, restart your PC, and run the setup file as administrator to complete the installation cleanly.
