Disputing Unauthorized WPS Office Subscription Charge

On November 25, I started a 3-day trial through WPS for $0.05. However, on November 27, an annual subscription fee of $23 was charged to my account without my knowledge or consent. Since this transaction was completed entirely without my permission, I feel wronged and misled.
The reference number for this transaction is 660975981. I purchased the subscription directly through WPS’s own system. So far, I have not been able to reach customer service or support, and I have not received any response.
I request that the unauthorized $23 annual subscription fee be canceled and fully refunded to me, and that my subscription be completely terminated.
