Worldline JHWE20022774 Alert Error, Expensive Repairs, and False Liquid Contact Claim

Last month, I encountered a real headache with my JHWE20022774 device. All of a sudden it gave me an Alert error – twice in the same month! After paying 1,350TL for keyboard replacement, I thought the problem was solved but then it all started up again. This time I was told that I needed to pay 2,131TL to have it serviced. Apparently, they were now claiming that there had been some kind of liquid contact when in reality there hadn't been any at all. The parts on this device come with a 6-month warranty, after all, so this shouldn't be happening. Unfortunately, given how often these errors occurred last month (five devices no less!), I already paid an insane amount of 15 thousand TL and now they want more money? Absolutely not – they should take responsibility for their mistakes and correct them!
