Huawei FreeBuds Pro headphones Is A Regret, No After Sales Support

I own FreeBuds Pro headphones, and I've had them for around three years. Recently, I noticed a potential battery issue, so I sent the device to your authorized service center for repair, expecting to pay a fee for the service. To my disbelief, the repair fee quoted by your authorized service center is even higher than the current market price for a brand-new device (Service fee: ₺3164, New price: ₺2879). How can such an absurd situation occur? Is this a one-time problem or a recurring issue with your products? The after-sales support appears to be more of a formality, lacking any substantial assistance. This experience makes it evident that Huawei is generating electronic waste rather than providing sustainable solutions. If the device is beyond repair, the cost of a replacement should not surpass that of a new one. Once again, it reinforces the notion of choosing an iPhone over Huawei. To put it bluntly, Huawei has left me feeling regretful about my purchase.
