Woofz Charged $48.95 After My One Week Trial

Hello, I purchased a one-week trial program from the Woofz Dogs app, but after one week, my subscription was automatically extended and I was charged $48.95. I want a full refund. I emailed Woofz about the issue, but I have not received any response. How is it acceptable to treat customers this way? Please process my refund.
