Wizz Air Rude and Unhelpful Staff at Rome Fiumicino Airport

I had a flight with Wizz Air Malta on Thursday, January 9, 2025, from Rome, Fiumicino International - Leonardo Da Vinci Airport. The staff at the counter were extremely rude, unfriendly, and acted in a very condescending manner, misunderstanding everything. I have never encountered such disrespectful and uncivilized employees in my life. They never smile, don’t even say "hello," and don’t look you in the eye. The customer service I received from them was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They were talking to each other in Italian and were not considerate of the fact that not everyone in Italy may speak the language. The manager, a rude man with black hair and glasses, who was present that day, was very unhelpful and did not assist us at all. He caused difficulties with our flight and acted in a bullying manner.

I still haven't received a response from the www.enuygun.com site. Despite being a third party, they are not processing the refund which is stated on the Wizz Air site as the responsibility of the third party. I am complaining about the Enuygun site. They still haven't refunded my money. I have emailed them several times.
