Unapproved Switch From Plans, Wix.com Inconsistency

It's been two years since I became a loyal customer, but I recently had a frustrating problem with my service provider. They cancelled my plan and changed it to a lower-level plan that doesn't work for my business without my permission. This change has had a big effect on my business, and I've been having a hard time fixing it. No matter what I do, they won't change the plan back to the first one. It has been a nightmare trying to talk to them. It takes hours to get through to someone in customer service because there is a long line. It's very annoying and takes a lot of time, and no matter how hard I try, I can't fix the problem. Because of this, I'm not sure how loyal I am to this company anymore. I hope they fix this problem soon because it's really getting in the way of my business.
