When I recently called your customer service, they told me that they couldn't help me right away and that I would have to wait until the new year. This situation makes me sad, especially since the prices of devices are about to go up. It looks like I might have to cancel my subscription and switch to a different service provider if the problem isn't fixed quickly. I want you to do something concrete to help me get more points and solve this problem. I think that my loyalty and on-time payments deserve a better answer.
