Constant Delays Due to Vodafone's Price Hike

I'm having a problem with Vodafone because they made changes to my tariff. I've been calling them several times since Saturday to change my tariff, and they keep telling me it will take 30 days to make the switch. Even though I've done everything I'm supposed to, they're not approving my request to change my tariff. Instead, they're telling me I have to wait for 30 days before they'll consider it. Hey Vodafone, you need to find a solution to my problem ASAP or else I'm gonna have to switch to a different operator. I've been a loyal customer for 15 years, so don't make me leave.
