I made a money transfer of €200 from Belgium to Turkey through Wise, converting it from EUR to TRY. The transaction was completed four hours ago via the mobile app. The recipient’s İş Bankası account information was entered correctly and verified, yet the funds have still not arrived in the recipient’s account even after several hours.
I have experienced similar delays before, and this recurring issue has caused me serious inconvenience. I contacted Wise customer support, but only received automated replies and no real solution.

I request that this transfer be completed as soon as possible and that my inconvenience be addressed appropriately, as I have fulfilled all steps correctly on my end and the delay is not justified.
