As I Was Waiting For My Money, Wise Limited Transfer Process

Wise's irresponsibility and lack of openness have left a bad taste in my mouth... My money was held for three days because they lowered the limit on Turkish lira deliveries without notice, weren't they supposed to let the users know? I was just thinking it was all the same. My bank said Wise hadn't sent the money yet, and when I called Wise, they said the transfer was blocked due to exceeding the limit. They informed me Wise hadn't sent the money yet, repeated their response to my second transfer inquiry. This is bad business, and if there is a limit, why didn't they tell customers? Why didn't they tell customers about the limit? I require an explanation and prompt resolution. I won't settle.
