Wise Account Closure and Unresolved Funds
I made the decision to close my Wise account in Turkey and opened a new one in the United States using the same email. I had previously made two transfers without any issues. However, this time, I received a transfer from a local bank in America to my Wise account, but immediately after the funds were received, my account was closed. Whenever I reach out via email, they keep providing me with a link that simply redirects to the login page. It has been 3-4 days of receiving the same unhelpful response. I demand a refund of my $3520 that they are holding. If the situation persists for another 1-2 days without a resolution, I will escalate the matter and file a complaint with the attorneys involved. It's time for Wise to take responsibility for their actions and provide a satisfactory solution.
