Skyscanner Refund Policy Hassle

On January 6th, I searched Skyscanner for a flight from Jeddah to Cairo. Opting for Airarabia's February 25th ticket, I proceeded to purchase through the Mytrip app as directed by the site. I bought two Airarabia tickets with cancellation guarantee. However, when I tried to cancel, Mytrip directed me to contact Airarabia. They promised a refund of ₺7,070.99 per ticket, but only offered ₺262.19 AED per ticket in an email. Upon confirmation, they sent another email, offering ₺2,215.51 EGP credit to be used within a year. Essentially, instead of the full refund of ₺7,070.99, I received approximately ₺2,000 as credit. Airarabia refused to take responsibility, insisting I deal with Mytrip, who cited airline policy to deny my refund.
