I attempted to contribute to Wikipedia by adding an entry about a mountain in Çankırı that wasn’t listed on the site. I wrote the article, created an account, and published it, ensuring there was no inappropriate language, politics, or anything offensive in the content. However, shortly after, someone commented on the page, suggesting its deletion, and the article was removed without any justifiable reason. This experience makes me question the platform’s commitment to being a “Free Encyclopedia” as it claims. Where is the freedom if contributors are silenced without reason?
