I'd like to leave my appreciation rather than a complaint. I was selling USDT on the spot market, but the funds didn't appear on either my trading or main balance, and there was no record in the transaction history. I later realized I had selected a limit order without setting the conditions, so the order wasn't placed. The support team was incredibly patient, checking everything multiple times throughout the day as I wrote in 5 times trying to locate this non-existent transaction. Thank you, WhiteBIT support team, for your patience and professionalism! I'm sure I'm not the only one who makes these mistakes.
