Bybit ACH/USDT Sell Orders Not Showing in Balance — Missing Funds Issue
For the past three months, whenever I place a sell order on the ACH/USDT pair in Bybit’s mobile app, the order appears to execute successfully, but the proceeds from the sale never show up in my account balance. In each transaction, I typically sell 500 or 1,000 ACH tokens. After each sale, I receive no error message and there’s no commission fee deduction, yet my USDT balance decreases while my TRY balance remains unchanged.
I contacted Bybit live support, but no solution was provided.
