WhatsApp Wrongfully Banned My Account and Blocked My Communication

I have been using the WhatsApp application on my Huawei P40 Lite device without any issues for 5 years. However, at around 20:00 on September 15, I received a warning saying, “This account can no longer use WhatsApp,” and my access to the account was completely blocked. This application is my only means of communication since my spouse and family live abroad, and right now I cannot reach them in any way, leaving me in a difficult situation. I contacted the support team, but I only received automatic replies without any detailed explanation. I had no active security measures on my account (such as two-step verification), nor did I make any payment transactions. This is the first time I have faced such a problem, and even after deleting and reinstalling the app, the issue remains unresolved. My account was closed without any reason being given.
