My WhatsApp account on my Android phone was suddenly shut down without any warning or explanation. I was using the app normally when I received the message that my account could no longer use WhatsApp. This happened without any prior notice, leaving me locked out of my account completely.
To try to resolve the issue, I emailed the WhatsApp support team and also deleted and reinstalled the app. Unfortunately, none of these steps worked. The only response I received from WhatsApp was a generic email saying that they were “looking into it.” Even after two full days, my account remains closed, and I still have no clear reason for why it was banned.
My phone number associated with the account is +90535310. I rely on WhatsApp daily, and being unable to access it has caused major disruption in my communication.
I demand that my account be restored immediately and that WhatsApp provide a clear explanation for why it was suspended in the first place.
