WhatsApp Continuous Spam Calls Causing Account Disruptions

I've been getting non-stop phone calls from numbers with the country code +55 on WhatsApp for the past two weeks. WhatsApp keeps blocking my account every two days because of spam, even though I haven't responded to any of them. I reported it, they opened it, but the next day, it's closed again. I've had this number for 14 years and I really don't want to change it. But as a business owner, I need to find a solution for this problem. I've tried reaching out to WhatsApp several times to figure out what's going on, but they haven't gotten back to me. Please, I need help solving this problem.
