WhatsApp Banned My Account While Creating a Parent Group for School

78

I am a teacher, and while setting up a WhatsApp group to inform parents about an upcoming exam scheduled for March 22, my account was suddenly flagged as spam and banned. All I did was add multiple parents at once to share important updates related to their children’s education.

Now I have no access to my WhatsApp account, and I haven’t received any response to the support requests I’ve submitted. This is causing serious communication problems—I urgently need to contact both students' families and my own family.

This is not spam; it was part of my professional responsibility to inform parents about the exam. Instead, I’ve been punished for using the app for its intended purpose—communication.
