Unsolicited WhatsApp Message from +880 – Privacy and Security Concern

On February 14, 2025, at 16:51, I received a WhatsApp message from an unknown +880 number saying, "Hi, how are you?" I did not recognize the sender, so I did not reply and immediately blocked the number.

I am deeply concerned about my privacy and security. I want to hold WhatsApp accountable for any unauthorized activity, fraud, or misuse of my personal information that may occur due to this unsolicited message. If my name, phone number, or any other accounts are used in any fraudulent or illegal activity, I hold WhatsApp and its parent company responsible.

I expect WhatsApp to take action against such spam and unsolicited messages to protect user privacy.
