Request for WhatsApp Account Reinstatement – Banned During Club Event Setup

I am the vice president of a university club, and as a club, we organize events. For these events, we need to create WhatsApp groups or add multiple participants to existing groups. Yesterday, while trying to add 54 people to a group at once for one of our events, I received a 6-hour restriction. After the restriction ended, I tried adding 20 people at once, but this time my account was permanently banned. Before imposing such a severe penalty, it would have been much better if you had warned me about the maximum number of people I could add at once without being flagged as spam. I kindly request that my account be reinstated and this issue be resolved, considering the circumstances.
