WhatsApp Banned My Business Account With 15,000 Contacts

I had been actively using my WhatsApp account for business purposes for a long time, and I had the phone numbers of approximately 15,000 customers saved on it. Recently, my account was suddenly banned for “spam.” Before the ban, the only activity I performed was adding around 10 people to a group or saving their numbers — I did not engage in any unusual or prohibited behavior.

The phone line linked to my account is entirely under my name, and all of these contacts are extremely important for my business. Due to the suspension of my account, I am unable to reach my customers and this is causing serious disruptions and losses in my work.

After the ban, I submitted an appeal through the WhatsApp app, but I have not received any response, nor have I been given any details about the reason for the suspension.

I request that my WhatsApp account be reinstated and that the review process be repeated, correcting any actions that may have been mistakenly flagged as spam even though they were not. I urgently ask that this matter be reconsidered, as it directly affects my business, and that I be provided with written clarification.
