Banned For Using WhatsApp

I am writing regarding the unexpected ban of my WhatsApp account linked to the number +263778282***. I use WhatsApp on a Huawei P Smart 2021 device and on 07/01/26 I was suddenly notified that my number had been banned from using WhatsApp, without any clear reason being shown. I always adhere to WhatsApp’s rules and regulations and I only use the official WhatsApp application. I mainly use this number for personal chats with family and friends, as well as for various group communications, including education groups, community groups, church groups and some business-related groups. Losing access to this account has seriously affected my ability to communicate in these areas. After the ban, I contacted WhatsApp support to ask for clarification and to request a review of my account, but so far I have not received any response. I genuinely do not know what might have caused this ban and I believe there may have been a mistake or an automated error. I kindly request that my account and number be urgently reviewed and, if possible, unbanned and fully restored. I also ask for a clear explanation of the reason for this ban so that I can understand what happened and make sure I continue to comply fully with WhatsApp’s terms and policies.
