Western Union Transfer Vanished After Clicking "Receive Money"—Where Did My Funds Go?

I received a money transfer through Western Union, and at first, the amount appeared correctly in my Euro account. Everything seemed fine. But when I clicked the “Receive Money” button to complete the process, I was suddenly met with a message saying, “No transfer found.”

I tried again, hoping it was a glitch—but this time, the transfer didn’t show up at all. The money that was clearly visible just moments earlier has completely disappeared.

This is extremely frustrating. I’m left without access to my funds, and there’s been no explanation. Could it be because the transfer was sent on a Sunday? Even if so, the money should not just vanish from the system.
