Western Union Exchange Rate Dispute

I’m trying to receive money through Western Union, but the agents are only offering 500 Euros in Turkish Lira at their own arbitrary exchange rates. Despite requesting Euros, they insist that only 500 Euros are available and claim that banks won’t provide more. It seems like all agents are following this practice. This is unacceptable—how can such a large network operate with such limited currency exchange options? Immediate action should be taken against this practice.
