Today, my friend sent me money from Cyprus via Western Union, but I can’t transfer the funds to my bank account no matter what I try. I’ve attempted using multiple banks and ATMs, but nothing works.
I deeply regret choosing Western Union for this transaction in 2024, given the many other transfer options available. Every time I contact Western Union customer service, they claim there is no issue. The bank also insists there’s no problem on their end. I’ve double-checked every detail of the transfer, including the exact amount, yet the money still won’t transfer.
